2018年6月1日，在时任河北省副省长徐建培，时任塞尔维亚教育、科学和技术发展部部长姆拉登·沙尔切维奇共同见证下，国内第一所专门从事塞尔维亚研究的学术机构——塞尔维亚研究中心成立。中心秉持“服务国家战略，立足区域发展，面向中外企业，彰显经贸特色”为宗旨，一方面加强与塞尔维亚的交流合作，一方面致力于研究和介绍塞尔维亚政治、经济、文化、法律及教育等，加深中塞两国人民的相互了解，促进中塞友好合作，服务国家“一带一路”倡议。2021年，根据教育部教外司综【2021】257-9号通知，我校塞尔维亚研究中心成功入选教育部高校国别与区域研究备案中心。

On June 1, 2018, under the joint witness of Xu Jianpei, the former Vice Governor of Hebei  Province, and Mladen Šarčević, former Minister of Education, Science and Technological Developm-ent of the Republic of Serbia, the first academic institution in China dedicated to Serbian  studies—the Center for Serbian Studies—was established. Guided by the mission of "serving nat-ional strategies, grounding in regional development, catering to Chinese and foreign enterpris-es, and highlighting the characteristics of economics and trade," the Center has been committi-ngto enhancing communication and cooperation with Serbia on one hand, while focusing on resear-ch and introduction to Serbia's politics, economy, culture, law, and education on the other  hand. It aims to deepen mutual understanding between the Chinese and Serbian people, promote  their friendly cooperation, and serve China's "Belt and Road" Initiative. In 2021, in accordance with Notification No. 257-9 (2021) issued by the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education,the Center was successfully included in the Ministry of Education's List of Approved Centers for country and regional studies.

目前，塞尔维亚研究中心整合校内外资源，拥有一支高学历、专业化的研究队伍，共有科研人员25人（含专兼职），定期发布塞尔维亚半月谈、资讯简报及年度发展报告，运营“河北经贸大学塞尔维亚研究中心”微信公众号。

Currently, the Serbia Research Center has integrated resources both on and off campus andpossessesa highly educated and professional research team, comprising 25 researchers (including  full-time and part-time members). The Center regularly publishes the "Serbia Biweekly," informa-tion briefings, and annual development reports, meanwhile it operates the official WeChat publ-ic account "Serbia Research Center at Hebei University of Economics and Business."

I. Significant Research Achievements

（一）主要的项目：河北省哲学社会科学基金项目“中国与塞尔维亚全面战略伙伴关系评估与展望”；外交部“中国与中东欧国家中医药合作研究”；外交部“中国与中东欧合作的河北模式研究”；河北省人社厅“中美经贸摩擦对我省就业的影响分析及对策研究”；中国-中东欧中小企业合作区委托项目“中国对塞尔维亚等十七国投资指南资料汇编”；以及交通部、中国社会科学院、河北省科技厅等20余项。

（4）The Center maintains close exchanges with Serbia.

1.依托学校承办的商务部援外培训项目，加强与塞尔维亚的交流，累计为塞尔维亚培训技术人员、管理人员以及大学教师近400人。

Dependingonthe Ministry of Commerce's foreign aid training programs hosted by the university, the Center has strengthened exchanges with Serbia, training nearly 400 Serbian technical personnel, management professionals, and university faculty members in total.

2.举办学术论坛。2023年10月13日，由我校国际教育学院、科研处和塞尔维亚研究中心共同承办的中国-中东欧智库合作与交流学术论坛在学校国际学术报告厅举行。本次论坛以“中国-中东欧智库合作与交流”为主题，旨在总结中东欧智库发展经验，探索在新的国际背景下，如何充分发挥智库对中东欧合作的促进作用。来自中国社科院、北京大学等12所大学和研究机构的智库专家、学者参会。

Hosting academic forums. On October 13, 2023, the China-CEEC Think Tank Cooperation and Exchange Academic Forum, co-organized by the university's School of International Education, the Office of Academic Research, and the Serbia Research Center, was held at the university's International Academic Lecture Hall. Themed by "China-CEEC Think Tank Cooperation and Exchange," the forum aimed to summarize the development experience of CEEC think tank and explore the way to  fully leverage theitsrole in promoting China-CEEC cooperation under the new international conte-xt.Expertsofthink tankand scholars from 12 universities and research institutions attended the forum, including the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Peking University.

3.2025年2月24日上午，塞尔维亚工商会河北顾问安德烈·帕夫洛维奇（Andrija Pavlovic）与联合国ECPD欧亚和平与发展创新研究院院长助理牛路佳到访我中心；

On the morning of February 24, 2025, Andrija Pavlović, Hebei Advisor of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Niu Lujia, Assistant to the Dean of the UN ECPD Institute for Eurasian Peace and Development Innovation, visited our Center.

4.赴塞尔维亚交流。2025年12月，我校教育交流代表团访问塞尔维亚，先后访问辛吉杜努姆大学、国际政治经济研究所、诺维萨德大学及其苏博蒂察经济学院、河钢集团塞尔维亚分公司以及贝尔格莱德中国文化中心，围绕校际合作、人才培养、科研协同与文化传播等领域进行深入交流；

Exchange visit to Serbia. In December 2025, our university's educational exchange delegation visited Serbia, where they successively visited Singidunum University, the Institute of International Politics and Economics, the University of Novi Sad and its Faculty of Economics in Subotica, HBIS Group's Serbia subsidiary, and the ChineseCultural Center in Belgrade. The delegation engaged in in-depth exchanges on inter-university cooperation, talent cultivation, collaborative research, and culturaltransmission.

5.2026年5月18日，塞尔维亚诺维萨德大学知名学者Dejan Jaksic教授应邀到河北经贸大学作学术报告。报告题为《塞尔维亚经济发展与文化特征概览》；

On May 18, 2026, Professor Dejan Jakšić, a renowned scholar from the University of Novi Sad, was invited to Hebei University of Economics and Business to deliver an academic lecture titled "Introduction to the Economic Development and Cultural Characteristics of Serbia."

5.举办“中东欧研究论坛”，目前已举办39期。

The "Central and Eastern Europe Studies Forum" has been organized39 sessionsto date.

未来，研究中心的各位研究人员将继续潜心研究，努力将我校塞尔维亚研究中心打造成国内知名的研究中心，也力争使我校塞尔维亚研究中心成为连接中塞两国友好关系的桥梁。
